LEARNED if you can't see that Mgt. has thrown in the towel on the Proxy in its present form by posting the Controller job opening then ....just so sad.

As for your prediction on the outcome 70/30, 80/20. They would have to be lopsided to get the required 2/3rds on the R/S and 75 % on most of the others..

My prediction:1. The Proxy will be revised or pulled entirely
2. Bob will dig in his heels, no Uplisting this year
3. Don Andrus won't be with Virtra 3/31/2012
4. Virtra PPS 12/31/2011.... .35-.45...
