Actually it specifically stated in the last report issued that no "pending" capital restructuring was being contemplated ("...There are no past, pending or anticipated stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization, merger, acquisition, spin-off, or reorganization..."), so this idea arose only recently some time during the first quarter

If you listen to the CC again, Ferris pretty much qualifies every comment he makes with the words "at this time" or "not currently"

So in response to the question about a buyer, or going private, his answer was "at this time" and "not currently" just like at there was no "pending" plan for capital restructuring 3 months ago

There were a few people on the yahoo boards, notably "expert" Nomad Celcius who were strongly calling for an immediate r/s. I don't know if they wanted 100/1 but they were calling for an r/s regardless of uplisting I believe.
