If you listen to the CC again, Ferris pretty much qualifies every comment he makes with the words "at this time" or "not currently"
So in response to the question about a buyer, or going private, his answer was "at this time" and "not currently" just like at there was no "pending" plan for capital restructuring 3 months ago
