Can't believe anybody would give credit to anything that guy says. His reasoning was that a R/S would give Virtra the ability to deal with earnings in whole cents per share rather than 0.0015 or whatever. Which flies in the face of many on this board who say earnings don't matter on the pinks. Which, if a R/S vote is getting this much negative attention, seems to be correct. Fundamentals aren't holding this stock up in the face of a possible R/S, it's acting more like a typical R/S pinkie.
