Did you even listen to the CC and the rational for the R/S being to appeal to institutional investors, none of whom can invest in PINK sheet stocks because the numbers for Pink Sheeted stock aren't backed up?
Andy, with all due respect ask your cousin a very simple question. Is he invested in Virtra, if not, why not, and would he advise any of his clients to invest in Virtra??
