On my advice he bought into Virtra a couple of months ago. He cannot invest ANY of his clients accounts into Virtra, not until it trades above $5 for a sustained period of time, and not until he sees evidence of real consistent growth. He is very successful, mostly because he is very careful.
There are various rules he has to follow, and price is one of them.
