What sell-off? The stock price was declining before the RS so how can one say for certain the RS had anything to do with the decline? The history of VTSI is it pops on some news then returns to the starting price.
It popped up from 7.5 cents to 12 on the debt-free announcement, then fell off to a little over 8. An upside reaction started, taking it to 10.4 or so, when the decline resumed. The RS just happened to coincide with the falling stock price, so some people saw it as causing it to fall some more. But history suggest that it was going to fall back to 7.5 cents anyway.
So the RS news has had no real effect yet.
We were at 7.5 cents at the beginning of March and it looks like we will be at 7.5 cents at the end.
We won't make any serious upward progress until we start getting double digit year over year sales and earnings growth. All the other news is just noise.
