I disagree. We had huge resistance in the 7s that took months to break through. IMO we were in the process of breaking out due to sustained buying as a result of the GM PR. I bought VTSI shares as a result of that PR for the first time in many years but it took a few weeks before I purchased.

I think right now, if it wasn't for the r/s proposal, that we COULD be at 15 cents. Not saying it would definitely have happened, but I think a breakout was imminent.

Andy.. Who besides this Board even knows about the R/S?? Who besides this Board even knew about the CC?? Who besides some on this Board even listened to the CC?? Who besides this Board even trades VTSI?/ Who besides this Board, Ferris & Andrus gives a rats ass about the R/S and the other Amendments. Who besides this Board and the lurkers on this Board (199 Bookmarks, 194 or so shareholders per the last report) spend 0ne second a day thinking about this stuff, but you persist after consulting with relatives, friends, associates etc in comparing this company to situations that are not comparable.. This is really very simple.. DO YOU THINK IN YOUR HEART OF HEARTS THAT A 1:100 REVERSE SPLIT WILL BE OF BENEFIT TO VIRTRA AND ITS CURRENT SHAREHOLDERS. IF SO END OF STORY.. vote YES...

Perhaps taking a closer look at the chart right after the R/S proposal was discovered might lend some understanding.

Your thesis surmises that, once absorbed by the market, the Gander deal and going debt free should have added ZERO price appreciation to the stock.

My thesis surmises that the Gander deal and going debt free should have added substantial price appreciation to the stock. This appreciation was entirely negated by the proposal of an R/S.

Guess we're just going to have to disagree on the topic.

The Market's Darwinian Theory will sort it all out eventually.
