Mide, do you have any idea how many shares Dr. K has?

Thanks,

Mide,
Do we own 100% of this ship? If it was the Skysat, or an improvement to it....does the company that bought half of it share in whatever happens here?

"I expect the Argus tests at Yuma to be the final flight tests in full view of a buying entity(s), leading shortly thereafter to contract announcements."

Mide, that is probably the most forward looking statement you have EVER made on this thread!

SNSR just announced it as a new airship design. They came right out in the PR and said they were seeking R&D help and test facilities for it.

Now you've already got it at the final testing stage, with contracts to follow.

The one intelligent statement in your post is that you won't mind waiting years for it to happen. Wonderful. Maybe in 7 years or so, it will become a reality.

RE:Kroeplin.....

"Essentially he has just granted SNSR a $2.5mm vote of confidence"

How about this angle? He is sick and tired of pussyfooting around with a company that just won't pay him. He knows they have no money. He knows that he could sue for the contract amount and join the cast of dozens of other people waiting in line for money. I'll bet he feels like that would just be more money and time wasted on his part. He knows one of two things will probably happen: SNSR can declare total BK and no one gets anything. SNSR can declare chapter 11 and negotiate their debt down to pennies on the dollar. But the suit over the design is probably a little closer to the heart. It's not a money matter. He won't want to see SNSR making any money using HIS design. I think it will happen. We'll see. I've been right so many times here, I am pretty confident.

You think that this "respected prof" of airship design suddenly sees that SNSR has something and is willing to eat crow now, only to crawl back for a small piece of the pie later? Just to see his "dream" realized?

I think your whole post is just hopeful statements.

I'll make a statement right now. I'll say that in 3-5 years, one of two things will happen. SNSR will declare THIS airship ready for commercial/military sale. But no one will buy any and they will move on to yet another new and exciting thing. Or.....they won't be able to even make THIS airship do what they want it to do.....and again, they will move on to yet another new and exciting thing. Just as long as the shareholders stick around....so will they.

New and exciting.

I'm saving this post. I'll bring it forth when one of those two things happen.

And they will.

I'm starting to see, MC convinced Dr. K The original agreement of 50/50 split was a hindrance and since it was based on the skydragon with all its tech overvalued for the immediate needs.

So how do you get out of this, stop using most of his tech for now.
Give Dr.K a new agreement say at 90/10 split or shares, and a funding stream to reach 60,000 feet, or some combination.

And the 60 days is being used to get all creditors in line.

Yes of course mide, tell us again...

about those contracts just around the corner, and while you're at it...

Tell us why this prediction is any different than these...

mide:
"We will only see solid press regarding definitive action contracts and revenue stream."

mide:
"Another surprising number of contracts will magically appear."

mide:
"cole...no. It might mean that a US defense contractor might be now in charge of those contracts."

mide:
"As I know SkyDragon has already been to 65K and back...and why they call it the Stratellite. IMO...this is the key to fast contracts."

mide:
"In coordinating with Elizra, the company is moving forward to secure contracts of significance to mutually benefit both entities....in more than the USA."

mide:
"To me the signal is very clear. Within the next 60 days or so, this company, based on its supposed relationships with military, Elisra, Raytheon and any other cozy ex-USA governments, either gets some iron-clad contracts for this SAS-51 or whatever TAO has, locked and solid or the Tao-Sanswire deal is toast."

etc... etc... etc... etc...
