I expect the Argus tests at Yuma to be the final flight tests in full view of a buying entity(s), leading shortly thereafter to contract announcements. The point of the risk investment is to see it through to a revenue generating entity. You guys say never or years, fine. I think much sooner...whatever, it's my money and time.

What no one has mentioned is the obvious after reading the settlement with Dr K.

He walked away from a $2.5 debt on Sanswire with only his shares as a thanks.

He also signed a NDA to agree not to buy or sell in trade in SNSR stock based on what he learned as a result of the NDA signing and subsequent information or viewing of what he saw in the Argus design/tests and what's to be on the horizon.

Now here is a respected aerostrat Univ of Stuttgart prof. who has been at this for what 18 years...sees the goods SNSR has and happily foregives a $2.5 mm debt owed and takes .06 shares he has as a thank you? Essentially he has just granted SNSR a $2.5mm vote of confidence

He is either really stupid or he believes he can make many multiple times that $2.5 mm debt on the .06 shares he now holds.

I believe because he believes as well.

Note the settlement did not grant Dr K a pile of free shares in exchange for that debt forgiveness. Once again, current management protecting the shareholder from further frivolous dilution.
