So now the question becomes what is the connection between FBCD and TNUS that could have led to mistakes like that showing up in the agreement (if they are indeed mistakes).

Weird. I can't find any connection at all between the two. Why would any of them pick a document (presumably) filed by TNUS as a model for their own purchase agreement?
