FBCD - good observations from you and kennypooh. I think it is pretty clear that bits and pieces from the FBCD/Super Rad agreement may not belong in the agreement. They were some how transferred over from some Total Nutraceutical Solutions (TNUS) paperwork.

Mushroom Matrix and Kinoko Co are both prevalent entities from the Total Nutraceutical Solutions filings and neither seems to have anything what-so-ever to do with FBCD or Super Rad Corp. Considering they amended the agreement twice since the original there is no excuse for mistakes like that to still be found in the agreement (if they are indeed mistakes).

So now the question becomes what is the connection between FBCD and TNUS that could have led to mistakes like that showing up in the agreement (if they are indeed mistakes).

I find the most interesting part to be near the bottom where it is defining the terms and it actually says the "buyer" shall refer to Total Nutraceutrical Solutions Inc on the FBC Holding/Super Rad agreement.
