Could be that the new company we are to merge offers similar back end support that CSID is providing and thus would take over the Guard Dog back end services. This also would make sense since W stated in the PR that the company we are to merge with is in the ID theft biz (or something along those lines). IDK

I've called 3 times and received basically the same response. But, do you honestly think they would tell you what was actually going on? I don't.

I do think that CSID is still the merger candidate and that there is much more to the relationship between GD and CSID than we know now or may ever know. But I've got my theories what it is.
