I just called GD customer service and received similar info:

From GD inception CSID has been providing the services and customer support for GD. He made it sound like GD was just marketing CSID services all this time. He said maybe they had a partnership. He said GD is no longer going to be in the Identity Theft bus.. They are gone out of that business.

If we've been getting CSID services since GD inception which is what he said.
He also said the GD website will be gone. He said go to CSID website instead.

This begs the question will the public stock still exist but be in control of CSID and well get a name change???

Or are we all screwed since GD will go out of ITheft bus and public stock will cease to exist??
