If FINRA did indeed force a CUSIP change it could be very good news. When a CUSIP changes it forces all shares on the old CUSIP to be "turned in" so to speak. Those holding air shares have nothing to turn in and could therefore be the issue here. Again, just speculating but if all brokers are showing 993 and not 100 we could be getting close. Fingers crossed!

If anyone speaks with the TA the CUSIP would be a great thing to ask about. CUSIP change smokes out ALL naked shorts if they exist.
