Sully, that is an excellent observation. I just called Etrade to ask why they are diffirent. I got an eye opener from the rep. I did not mention anything about the lock. I just talked about the Cusip, what it means and what I should expect to see after the restriction is lift. Call your broker! And we can compare notes.
