dixie: I may have been the one that posted the remarks about Nevada. They have the most liberal corporate laws, and they heavily favor the corporation. What I posted, however, was that most of the companies that are being exposed as scams lately, were incorporated in Nevada. It doesn't necessarily have anything to do with reverse splits.

I am not sure what reason cause hpon to be incorporated in Nevada, however, I knew many California companies did registered and incorporated in Nevada, do you know why, because the Nevada never levy state income tax for corporation, or even the lowest tax rate in US comparng to California and other states, The Nevada goverment using this benefit to encourage people to do business there.
