Thanks, PC, the main office of Hop-on is in California; so even though incorporated in Nevada it would still have to pay a sales tax too California, right? I don't know, just curious. Then again if it actually had sales, it would have to report those on its corporate tax return, but if it files no financials how would the state of California know if it had any revenue to tax? Everything that is going on with Hop-on may be 'tax related'. Just a thought.... dc....
