dixie: I may have been the one that posted the remarks about Nevada. They have the most liberal corporate laws, and they heavily favor the corporation. What I posted, however, was that most of the companies that are being exposed as scams lately, were incorporated in Nevada. It doesn't necessarily have anything to do with reverse splits.
