Presumably, Teva knows whether or not it is violating MNTA's patents. Why is it not reasonable to conclude under the circumstances that Teva doesn't have much respect for the lawsuit because it knows it has not violated MNTA's patents?

In that event, Teva would not be concerned about launching at risk, and would not care how long the discovery continued.

As noted in my reply to marthambles, Teva would not have the option of launching at-risk if the Judge imposed a preliminary injunction.
