Teva would not have the option of launching at-risk if the Judge imposed a preliminary injunction.

Too much confidence in inferential argument to suit me.

Teva would not have the option of launching at-risk if the Judge imposed a preliminary injunction.

Going forward, is it correct to say that TEVA could possibly get an injuction which would prevent Sandoz/MNTA launching at risk for generic copaxone?
