Hook, yes I understand there is a difference between criminal and civil courts. However, what do legal ethics committees investigate if they have to be white as snow to do so. Further unethical behavior is often found in medical, accounting and even in education. If a teacher is found guilty of violating their code of ethics regarding interaction with a student, they can loose their license, and at another level can be found guilty of a crime by a jury. You are certainly correct in saying if you are not white as snow, they will come after you i.e. look at the Clinton impeachment, the Jackson trial, etc. That is why I concurred with Marchma's comments. Shooting the messenger is simply a way of igorning the message. Ethical behavior may be difficult, but that should not make it's opposite rewarded. Now, on to payday!
