You are talking about breaking the "law," yes you can find someone guilty of breaking a law. Now can you name me one person that has ever been "fine" or sent to "jail" for something that is not "Ethical." Not only is hard to prove but there is no law about it to start with.
That's why I say you better be "clean" to say something is not "Ethical." If you are not they will come after you next.
