So now he decides to narrow his scope on 9 specific posters in hopes he has more success in gaining identities. He would have to present much more than just an accusation for that to be even considered. I am curious as to what proof he has that shows direct financial transaction have occurred from Ihub to these 9 posters. I would hope no judge in their right mind would even consider this, as just stating "I think they are clearly being compensated because they post often and seem to have an agenda based upon compensation for their posts".

I cannot find anything anyone said that was explicitly out to harm him with malice. He doesn't provide even one specific example.

Posting facts such as domain name registrations indicating his
- name
- address (place of business)
- address (home of residence)

...and any/all other publicly available information (ie State Bar of California record) is, well, FACTS!!!

Besides, maybe if he approached this in a different manner, maybe some of the DOES wouldn't be so harsh with their "word choice".
