Corp: I disagree with you on this one. Management reached a 2G rate agreement with Ericy, Nokia didnot like it and balked, filed for arbitration (thankfully Howard had the forsight back in 1999 to channel the dispute through arbitration instead of Court).
So management digs in its heels; chooses not to change the 2g rate negotiated with Ericy, but you obviously feel this could have been settled another way. Certainly you don't think Nokia would be agreeable to paying a higher rate than Ericy, right? Obviously, they aren't willing to pay the same as Ericy, hence the arbitration. So that, in my mind anyway, leaves one last choice - a lower rate which you believed would have avoided the arbitration. Well, I believe it would have, too, but I am thrilled that management finally drew the line in the sand and is sticking to their resolve. I am behind them, 100% finally!
