"Nokia litigation is a result of Nokia" - the last I counted, it takes TWO to have a legal dispute.
It is MY OPINION that the current dispute with Nok was avoidable and it could have been settled within reason 2 years ago, but for the lack of business acumen exhibited by our top management.
I formed this opinion based on Nok's substantial accruals, IDCC's canon shot joint PR that combined E/SE/Nok/Samsung into one announcement, large sales of insider stock during the Nok negotiation, etc., etc.. Anyway, it is my opinion that the Nok matter was avoidable from all the data I can see.
