The point is CBAI and CC MEX both named as defendants want a certain outcome; LOI. That is what created the lawsuit. That court decision ain't happening by 2/25 despite the daily ongoing pumps that 2/25 CBAI becomes profitable by a few here... You agree?

Yea, I'm sure CCEL has such a stronger case now than when it was dismissed unequivocally a few weeks ago.
