sf, the docket doesn't show ANYWHERE the words "Dismissed". Find it for me please.

The ongoing litigation is from the ORIGINAL docket! Despite some here saying something was dismissed where does it say that... Pretty simple it did not happen or the docket would reflect a DISMISSAL. Is the docket a Historical Log of ongoing Activity in said case? YES!

No where on that court ledger that Everyone here has taken a look at are the Words "DISMISSED" typed... No Where.

There has only been one court filing under one docket... The defendants are mounting under said SINGLE/ORIGINAL court filing. Why is that difficult to see? Do you see two (2) court actions? One ending a NEW one BEGINNING? No, it is a court document! Why do we deny the obvious? There was NO DISMISSAL to date...
