The point is CBAI and CC MEX both named as defendants want a certain outcome; LOI. That is what created the lawsuit. That court decision ain't happening by 2/25 despite the daily ongoing pumps that 2/25 CBAI becomes profitable by a few here... You agree?
How does it happen by 2/25? The only way it has a chance of developing is if CBAI acquired CC MEX despite this ongoing litigation. Problem: PRELIM 14A filing states what CBAI needs to close the LOI deal... RS and AS. Are saying the LOI filing is a lie?
