On item of note in the SEC filing ........

Many shareholders have said if the sec says for "the protection of shareholders", how can revoking cmkx help shareholders.

The SEC does not say for the protection of shareholders, it says "for the protection of investors", which I interpret as the investment community as a whole.

CMKX lied in a filing and issued 700 billion unregistered shares. Do the "longs" and "pumpers" forget that? That is all this is about. Protecting the investment community, "investors", from companies that lie in filings and then issue and UNPRECEDENTED number of shares with NO REGISTRATION FILINGS. NONE. This is a CLEAR VIOLATION of SEC regulations. As a defense, the CMKX response has blamed it on bad legal advice, ignorance, and the CEO has hid behind the fifth amendment. That is THE ONLY ISSUE here.

I actually agree with some longs that it's a bit disturbing that it took the SEC so long to wise up to this. But please note that nasdaq companies often have to restate revenue from 2 or 3 years ago. That's about how long it takes the SEC to catch wind of these things because they are understaffed, and in the overall scheme of thinks, cmkx is a pimple on the market's ass.

Those who think the SEC is helping to hide this mythical naked short either know nothing about the markets, are lying and trying to hype, or are clinging to a last resort. Hear this clearly: THE COMPANY ISSUED 700 BILLION SHARES. THAT IS MORE SHARES THAN THE ENTIRE NASDAQ 100 COMBINED. NO STOCK HAS EVER HAD AN OS THIS LARGE. THE COMPANY DID THIS WITHOUT ONE REGISTRATION STATEMENT.
