Very good points. If the SEC were to allow CMKX to get away with this crap, then why can't the next guy and the next and the next? Where would investors as a whole be then?
Excellent post Buzz, the SEC is there to protect the entire investment community, its just to bad some people are so hard headed that they can't see that, why the choose to keep believing in this POS is beyond understanding, this use to be fun to read but between this and RB, I honesty can't even feel sorry for these people anymore.
The SEC does not say for the protection of shareholders, it says "for the protection of investors", which I interpret as the investment community as a whole.
