Agreed. The question that has to be asked is what will the surviving company be?

Will it be a QASP branded company or a MLM program?

Why not just make it an even 10? Or 30 or 100 ...

They will not raise the AS to fit Centaflix in, I think they will reverse it 4/1 then issue the 1.125b share to Centaflix. But the rest of it I agree with. the goal is to work towards a more manageable ss not a higher one. In my opinion up-list is the goal here.
