Q: If QASP has 1.5 billion shares, and Centaflix is issued 4.5 billion, what percentage to the total shares does Qasp and Centaflix have?

A: QASP has 25% and Centaflix has 75%.

Some issues will do a reverse split at the same time, to reduce the excess share number. Either way QASP ends up with the short stick.
