Uplist?? QASP has been about to uplist for as long as I've been watching it. Wasn't uplisting the main reason for the share buyback program conducted last year? One joke after another being pulled on shareholders.

The only thing they seem to have uplisted to is the "Caveat Emptor" list.

If that is the case a RS of 250 / 1 would be better the 4/1 as you state would only take care of centaflix and SS would be still very sub penny, if a RS were to happen as you predict might as well make it worthwile to the company to allow it to grow.
