Almost everyone except a few chosen who follow unconditionally and never post one negative comment, understand the R/S in it self does not diminish your equity, "In Theory" but it does more ofter than not notoriously. That being said, when you add shares in the A/S and dilute "For whatever reason", your equity diminishes until if and when it increases by a rise in PPS or Market Cap, only one of which makes "LONGS WHOLE WITH SHARE HOLDER VALUE".

It's almost as if certain posters on the board don't WANT to believe the truth even as it is presented. Increasing the A/S to 100 mil from 13,890,00 is like taking the current A/S of 7 billion and turning it into 50 BILLION shares. How much of the company do you own when 43 Billion more shares are authorized?

You basically own 1/5th of what you owned BEFORE those shares were introduced. Unless of course, you buy tons of shares after they're introduced. But I'm willing to bet most of those will be leveraged to make more acquisitions, and you will have NO chance of grabbing them.

Seriously, voting yes makes no sense at 500:1 and with a huge increase in A/S.
