Only if these issues will help the investigation.

As I understand it the individuals (employees) of the past including the Equus days are under investigation.

If this merger happens (and I seriously doubt that it will) then it will be based on present circumstances.

I'm still trying to understand why a "succesful" company already branded as Centaflix is would reestablish itself as QASP post merger.

No matter how you spin it, it doesn't make sense.
