I'm still trying to understand why a "succesful" company already branded as Centaflix is would reestablish itself as QASP post merger.

That does kind of make you wonder doesn't it? The only answer is that QASP will be a company they are pround to be a part of, meaning of course there are other things in the pipeline that we are not aware of number one, and number two the QASP post GJ will be thoroughly cleansed from the public's point of view.

Kind of simple really I guess.

Exactly. It would make more sense if Mr. Owens would merger with a clean shell. Like the one Jeff DeanGenova (Current CEO of QASP) recently purchased.
