The sell of Thermo one is going to accomplish a couple of things.
1) you hit on the head, it will pay down debt.
2) the more important side, is it shows the geothermal is marketable. We all believe in geothermal, but does the rest of the world? If a company is willing to put up money to buy it, it shows that they believe they will make money off of selling the energy. That is a huge step in the right direction, in that others will notice, and soon there will be a greater demand for geothermal, the greater demand, generates more money being spent on geothermal.
3) It allows RZ to get out of the management of the thermo1 plant (while still generating income from the technical side of managing it). This will allow them to focus more time and energy on developing lightning dock and other plants.
