I don't know what to think about Raser right now.

Sounds like a great R&D operation, but it looks like a company run by idealists who are more into tech, than business.

This pattern matches what I saw when the tech. bubble of the late 90's finally burst.

The company needs to focus on generating revinew if it wants to servive.

It's hard to say why the jump in price and volume, but I'm going to stay away from this bankruptcy play. According to the company's Chapter 11 restructuring plan the commons will become worthless...

300% plus on a lot of volume. This is the volume we had a few weeks ago at .02 price. Anyone hear of anything going on mto create this volume?

ELON has been floating with market for some time. May get some contracts with DUKE for smartgrid rollouts. ABTG is a OTC that will do R/S soon, profitable now, so waiting till after the split and see. This does communication boxes for smartgrid and DUKE is biggest customer. Have followed ABTG for couple years....

AAU and others- are just ones i've gone in and out of..

NEI is a bottom bounce- may be a big turnaround after bad news wears off.......

Just some I follow-- no predictions.... or hype..

Yeah , I moved available funds into FTNT who just split forward 2 for 1...They have a nice 1year chart ...now at 23.50...It looks like a nice longterm hold for me...I'm trying to get half of my money out of pinks..Raser was NASDAQ before they ran out of gas...I'll check yours out too...

Heres my dud list..RZTQE, NUBL,CCTR,NWMT,NVAE,JUNP,.(most are classic reverse splitters...Thats why I hate holding anything cheap , the splits..Nothing like having 1.5 million one day and then 3000 the next..LOOSERS..I have more duds but these are remembered ones...

Look at NEI and ELON.. A couple of issues that I'm dealing with now.

Didn't GM sell the H3 rights to china because they have the money?? Corect me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure Raser and or via motors lost that bid during gm's restructuring...RZTQE cost me a bundle but with some lucky picks I made it back in three great weeks...It was just disapointing that Gov't is being selective on it's green energy Grants...Look's like GE , GM, and thelike made out well though...It's a shame....

Watch the key Big points:

1st: $0.07 to $0.018;
2nd: $0.12 to $0.08;
3rd: $0.275 to $0.179;
4th: $0.38 to $0.28.

Only at the 1st, volumes: 13 m, all others were just a few million shares. This means most of the shares were not sold.

I'd strong think the above gaps will be filled, slowly but steadily.

Certainly, if you did. Now, I'd strongly think the gap to $0.07 will be filled first, then $0.12, then $0.20, then $0.37, ...

Yes, they still own 39% of Via Motors.

This is where they showed their true colors. IMO they sold off this portion of the company knowing what may come down (BK). This technology is the main reason I bought RZ shares, not the Geothermal side. This was a move to protect themselves IMO.

Via Motors will be very successful in a few years and RZ took that away from their shareholders proving once again they are in no way concerned with shareholder value IMO.

What happens during a BK is all up in the air. This includes the 39% ownership of Via Motors. Carl Burg will definitely make out on this deal IMO.

I dumped them a long time ago after they sold off the 100 mpg business to Carl Burg. That was the real beginning of the end and they knew it. They just wanted to keep that part alive while dismissing all the shareholders that backed them for it.

This management team has been and always will be misguided and self centered.
