I don't really follow why you think the sale of Thermo will be such a good thing?

Paying off debt... Yeah, that's a good thing, but the sale also leaves them without an operating (as in income producing) plant.

Yeah, I listen to the conference call... I remember someone questioned them about that...
They said they would get money from consulting for the new owners for awhile.

Hopefully Lightening Dock moves along faster than Thermo did and they have the kinks worked out so that it will be a better producer,
BUT I don't think it's going to be quite as rosy as you portray it to be...

Hopefully these guys won't push the EASY (dilution) button again,
but I don't trust them not to :)
