Let me break this down, cause it says alot

The C-MEX deal will probably not go through. At least it won't go through on time. Matt is scrambling to come up with the money. He needs more DILUTION to make this happen.

1. The C-MEX deal will probably not go through - Opinion only and clearly has a question to the validity of the opinion with the word "probably"

2. At least it won't go through on time - OPINION ONLY, but contradicts and shows not sure about 1st statement to try and throw off shareholders and create doubt

3. Matt is scrambling to come up with the money - OPINION AGAIN, how do you know for 100% certainty the money is not there, simple, you don't

4. He needs more DILUTION to make this happen - OPINION ONLY ONCE AGAIN and there is absolutely no proof there is going to be added dillution. This is only speculation because the BOD is asking to increase AS post RS. But shareholders should notice they want to increase the AS but not issue the shares
