The bankruptcy judge explained that to shareholders here that if they truly believe in the serious allegations of NSS in Spongetech they need to do their own investigation as the court nor the SEC will waste their time on it.

Now the question one has to ask is why? The answer is that they are telling the shareholders as politely as they can that it's a conspiracy theory they are chasing after and it's a joke to them.

There will be proof, whether the stuckholders here will believe it or not is the real question.

Of course it's easier to blame management, they were the ones who created this mess. If they were so sure of the NSS all they had to do was file the 10-K and provide the necessary share information from the TA. They didn't.

It's just amazing that people still haven't opened their eyes to the blatant fraud that went down here. Staggers the mind

NSS is illegal.. why would you expect common shareholders to investigate and spend their own money to prove counterfeit shares were dumped into the market? It's a crime... and it should be the responsibility of the SEC or DOJ to investigate.Instead, it's much easier to blame management.

Well you see the SEC and DOJ unlike the uneducated tinfoil hat NSS whackos take a look at the "fail to delivers". They go, Yep no problem here just con men and people who don't understand the system. Move onto the the criminals now instead of bogus claims..........

I'm just wondering how a lawsuit against the SEC is going to look if they don't come up with something in their "discovery trial" on April 8th. Pretty sure there are going to be alot of pissed off shareholders wondering why the so called fraud was so difficult for the DOJ to prove? Maybe cause there wasn't any?

A suit would look silly, no suit will happen. It is extremely easy for the DOJ to prove their case. These kind of things do not rely on witnesses who are not credible or wishy washy evidence. These crimes have hard plain paper evidence that is 100% reliable.

replace the NSS imaginary conspiracy with Santa Clause, etc...

NSS is illegal..

so is Santa Clause, he breaks into every house in the world on a single night.

why would you expect common shareholders to investigate and spend their own money to prove counterfeit shares were dumped into the market?

why would you expect children around the world to investigate Santa and spend their own money to prove fake gifts were dropped down the chimney?

It's a crime... and it should be the responsibility of the SEC or DOJ to investigate.

back to reality...the SEC and DOJ is not only investigating the severe crimes that the SPNG executives commited, but they are also prosecuting.

Instead, it's much easier to blame management.

that is because they are the criminals, of course the authorities who you just mentioned are investigating and prosecuting the actual criminals.

I'm just wondering how a lawsuit against the SEC is going to look if they don't come up with something in their "discovery trial" on April 8th.

i really have no response for such a ridiculous statement. are you actually suggesting that you will sue the SEC if they are unable to prove the crimes that were committed by M&M of SPNG?

Pretty sure there are going to be alot of pissed off shareholders wondering why the so called fraud was so difficult for the DOJ to prove?

if the shareholders aren't pissed off at the crooks who swindled them into investing into their scam and stealing their money, i can't imagine they would be pissed at anyone else.

Maybe cause there wasn't any?

hold your tongue, the courts have not failed yet and i have a feeling that M&M will be found guilty and spend the rest of their lives in prison.

Because there is no evidence of a crime, only the wild ravings of paranoid conspiracy theorists. The government doesn't, and shouldn't, investigate everytime someone manufactures some cockasmasmie story to justify their own stupidity.
