NSS is illegal.. why would you expect common shareholders to investigate and spend their own money to prove counterfeit shares were dumped into the market? It's a crime... and it should be the responsibility of the SEC or DOJ to investigate. Instead, it's much easier to blame management. I'm just wondering how a lawsuit against the SEC is going to look if they don't come up with something in their "discovery trial" on April 8th. Pretty sure there are going to be alot of pissed off shareholders wondering why the so called fraud was so difficult for the DOJ to prove? Maybe cause there wasn't any?
