NSS is illegal.. why would you expect common shareholders to investigate and spend their own money to prove counterfeit shares were dumped into the market? It's a crime... and it should be the responsibility of the SEC or DOJ to investigate.Instead, it's much easier to blame management.
Well you see the SEC and DOJ unlike the uneducated tinfoil hat NSS whackos take a look at the "fail to delivers". They go, Yep no problem here just con men and people who don't understand the system. Move onto the the criminals now instead of bogus claims..........
I'm just wondering how a lawsuit against the SEC is going to look if they don't come up with something in their "discovery trial" on April 8th. Pretty sure there are going to be alot of pissed off shareholders wondering why the so called fraud was so difficult for the DOJ to prove? Maybe cause there wasn't any?
A suit would look silly, no suit will happen. It is extremely easy for the DOJ to prove their case. These kind of things do not rely on witnesses who are not credible or wishy washy evidence. These crimes have hard plain paper evidence that is 100% reliable.
