Could well Be Balihi, The SEC did not like their discriptions more than anything, at least once you got past the Distro thing..

Many believe that they are sandbagging for that all in one PR or a series of PRs..Could be too.

Promos are great, if there is Substance
That what KATX needs, which to me means good drilling results

I expect an S1, but want to see it Filed, not promised

JVSs are always the rumor here, lets see if they get one
and will it be based on mineable results
Or, only a JV to help in exploration
Huge difference in the two for shareholders

Bureaucrats are infamous for unnecessary delays. Expensive law firm or not, you cannot predict what a bureaucrat will do every time.

The point is the uplisting process is going forward, a point which some challenged earlier.

Uplisting = good things to come. IMHO.
