I dont say anyone lied,but I do believe that Ken and our law firm are very intelligent,and that is why I find it hard to believe there could have been any oversight,that is,neither of them realizing or anticipating the SEC asking questions,and requiring more information,quite the contrary,I think.This very well may have been the plan all along,knowing the SEC would be requiring more information,which could cause a delay in the releasing of the shares to the shareholders,therefore,allowing the much needed time to get all their ducks in a row before the actual distribution took place.
