Bureaucrats are infamous for unnecessary delays. Expensive law firm or not, you cannot predict what a bureaucrat will do every time. The point is the uplisting process is going forward, a point which some challenged earlier. Uplisting = good things to come. IMHO. Good luck to KATX investors.
