I'd think any sell off from a CAFC Nokia setback would be a great buying opt.So IF that happens maybe 10-15 % max before buyers step in.Of course we may be much higher before that could happen?

On the upside i'd expect a much stronger move due to short covering and relief.

I was thinking that the street might feel with a loss, that IDCC might have trouble with the licensing such as mot and ericy and the resigning LG and other licensees which would have a greater downward effect with a loss than a win which would immediately give the smaller upward surge only because of nokia.

I guess my thinking is wrong because using the same technique I didn't consider that a win would not only include the surge from nokia, but also the feeling of the street that new companies would be easier to sign along with such as mot and ericy.

So you are correct and I was wrong with my dollar values. Now you have me wondering whether I should have listed it as (25/35 .. 75/85) or (35/45 ... 65/75).
