nicmar, not a big deal. I was only concerned that we are all putting too much emphasis on NOK alone while rest of the IDCC's licensees are doing great and making NOK less and less relevant. Having said that, I do understand the importance of NOK and the market trend (I remember the gloominess that has taken over the IDCC community after the NOK loss couple of years back). Anyway, I feel confident about the CAFC hearing and am waiting anxiously for the outcome.
