Are you still concerned about a possible merger failure as stated in this post from 1.7.11?

Not all mergers are successful. This one has been complicated by another merger on the S. Korean side, plus the time and cultural differences. I believe this will eventually be a success. The possible down side is a merger failure and we lose everything. I do not believe this is going to happen. I consider this very high risk because the financials have not been worked out yet and we are moving close to the one year anniversary of the merger. I truly believe we essentially hit the reset button when Dwight came on board with respect to how the business will be launched on our side of the pond. I believe we are in a much more powerful position with the current management team. They are simply waiting for Han and his team to work things out on their side. I would actually like to see Dwight revisit S. Korea and spend moe than a few days embedded with his cohorts. An old saying for stocks is that when there is a lack of news a stock will naturally seek its lowest level. Anyway, I share everything I get with this board and I hope it helps or sheds light on where I think we're at with our AMST investment. I own 440K shares.

Thanks for the update Bucky. But Tom is always upbeat and encouraging. It is his job. Please do not stop posting I am sure others appreciate the Hawk feedback more than I do. It is not personal but Tom has not provided you with one new piece of information. It is same old shi* we have been hearing for a year. The only change is that he reads these boards and is more guarded about giving us projected filing dates for the 10K ("I am expecting the filing by the end of tommorrow, If not then should be by the end of the week" (November 23rd, 2010). Granted he did not committ to an exact date but never in my wildest dreams did I anticipate that on Feb. 11th 2011 we would still be without a 10K based on his statement. And everyone wonders why he stopped returning my calls!

As for everyone meeting in L.A. that is not progress that has been happening for a while now. Large intitutional investors, LOL, LOL. IMO, without a 10K, no additional funding, no distribution deal, no STEMIXX trial results, etc.... Most large financial institutions will not even look at a stock until it reaches $5.00. We would be happy if the stock was .05 cents.

IMO they are struggling to finance their day to day operations and have no clue when they will file the 10K, if ever. So don't expect a press release or a investor conference call anytime soon bringing us up to date because the news is not good.

Some my ask so why dont I sell. Because I am stuck the volume so far today is 10,000 shares!
