When I speak of institutional type money, I am not referring to your typical large mutual fund which in most cases do have protocol that does not allow them to invest in stocks under 5 bucks. There are, however, investors like SUSQ who are not MMs and who can invest in any issue regardless of price. The protocol for most if not all of these type investment firms do require current financial reporting.
If there was no operational funding prior to the last few weeks, and there is now (Hopefully), then that is the start of projects moving forward.
It is certainly a waiting game right now. We shall see. I personally hope everyone makes out great on this one.
